Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor. I have over 12 years experience working with a variety of people- children, teens, adults, and families in the school setting as well as a clinical counseling setting. I am a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and a Master of Christian Counseling from Houston Christian University.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, energetic, and open-minded space to grieve, heal, and discover how resilient you are. My empowering, solution-oriented approach focuses on helping you live the life you want. I believe you deserve to live joyfully regardless of your circumstances, and together, we will build the tools to make that a reality.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will feel seen and heard as we build trust and rapport while discussing your goals. You’ll be met with empathy, energy, and a commitment to your healing. I believe that while life can be incredibly hard, your capacity to navigate it is even more amazing. I want you to leave feeling a sense of relief and hope. This is your time, and I’m here to support you in making the most of it.
