A bit about my approach to therapy

Growth comes from insight. When we have insight, we have the power to make changes. My goal is to support the client in exploring what is most important and helpful to them and to walk alongside the client as they decide what changes they want to make in their life.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a safe and inviting environment to allow the client to explore their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors and to find a fresh perspective.
