Great to meet you!

Experiencing self-doubt, people-pleasing, chronic stress, or perfectionism? I specialize in working with women navigating high-functioning anxiety and trauma—often rooted in relational or family dynamics. You don't have to keep carrying the weight of trying to hold everything together on your own. If you're constantly overthinking, putting everyone else's needs before your own, or feeling like you're never doing enough, therapy can help.

My approach to therapy

I help women who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you stuck—such as perfectionism, overthinking, people-pleasing, and unrealistic expectations—and develop healthier ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you establish boundaries, feel calmer, more confident, and empowered to create a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and true to who you are. During our first few sessions, we'll take the time to explore your experiences, gain a deeper understanding of what's contributing to your anxiety, and create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life. Many of my clients begin to notice meaningful improve
