Great to meet you!

Are you feeling unsatisfied or overwhelmed in your life right now? Perhaps you wish you had more control and confidence in your life? I specialize in working with individuals to uncover their basic needs and feelings that are leaving them to feel disconnected from themselves and others. I am drawn to help those who struggle with anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma or general life disturbance. I believe that therapy should be a non-judgmental and safe space for you to learn more about yourself and really give yourself the time, love, and attention you deserve in your life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with: OCD, anxiety, depression, social skills, couples, marriage counseling, life transitions, young adults making transitions into adulthood, relationship problems, grief, woman's/post partum issues. I use a variety of different types of therapy, but the core of my work is based on Person-Centered care meaning I tailor my therapy to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will get to know your history, treatment goals, and current presenting problems. We will then work together to establish a treatment plan that fits for your needs.
