Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being honest and fully yourself. I am licensed to practice therapy in the state of KY and OH. I have over five years of experience working with adults navigating life transitions, managing anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive and conversational, while also being intentional and goal-oriented. I believe you are the expert in your life and my role is to provide guidance, perspective, and support as you work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. I strive to meet each person where they are and tailor therapy to their individual needs, goals, and experiences. Whether you're experiencing a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed, struggling in relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward. I would be honored to be part of that process.
