Great to meet you!

I graduated from Lakeland University with a Masters in Community Counseling in 2019. I have been working in addiction primarily with clients with co-occurring Opiate Use Disorder and a range of mental health diagnosis. I have been working with Betterhelp for 3 years conducting telehealth therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a collaboration of theories based on the clients need at the time of service. I have utilized CBT, Solution Focused, Person Centered, and Motivational Interviewing as needed. I have completed trainings in Trauma, Crisis Intervention, and Grief Counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

Goals and outcomes to expect in therapy are dependent on each clients need. Everyone has short and long term goals they are working towards and depending on what is happening in the clients life at that time is dependent on the focus for that session.
