I started my journey for my counseling degree and went to school at University of Florida and received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology. From there I continued with my education at Palm Beach Atlantic University and received my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. I have been working in the field for 8 years.
I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, and depression. As well as helping people process and manage through their past traumatic experiences. I use several researched based techniques including TFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and more.
I know it can be overwhelming to reach out to someone new, someone you don't know. I find it's important to build that therapeutic relationship, by creating a safe, nonjudgemental space to use for healing. I can help facilitate your goals, and together we can take the steps to reach them.
