Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Lindsey Laudano, and I am an LCSW who is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are; without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.

I understand that starting therapy may feel vulnerable, and sometimes even awkward at first, but you do not have to navigate things alone. My goal is to help clients feel safe enough to process, heal, and reconnect with the version of themselves that may have gotten lost underneath stress, trauma, or survival mode.

I strive to create an environment that balances compassion, honesty, humor, and accountability, because healing is not always linear. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I am honored to walk alongside you and support you in finding healing, balance, and a greater sense of peace within yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a genuine connection with each client. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, grief, and stress related to everyday life. I also value helping clients build healthy coping skills, improve communication, and strengthen their sense of self.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and comfortable space where we begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brought them to therapy, what they are hoping to gain from the process, and any goals they may want to work toward. I believe therapy should be collaborative, so I always meet clients where they are at and work together with them to create goals that feel meaningful and centered around their needs.

It’s also completely okay if a client is unsure of exactly what they want to work on right away. Simply showing up, being open to the process, and taking that first step into therapy takes a great deal of courage, and that alone is meaningful.
