Great to meet you!

Hi, great to have you here! I know it can feel overwhelming to seek out therapy and find a good fit, and hope we might take that next step together! Many clients have described my personality as warm, not clinical, and intuitive to their emotions.

While I have worked for years with diverse clients, I specialize and work with people-pleasing women who want to increase their confidence, Christians who want to integrate faith + mental health, and individuals who feel the weight of their past impacting who they are today.

My approach to therapy

I believe our early experiences shape our present relationships and ways of attaching today. Improving relationships can begin by gaining insight and closure from the past traumas and difficulties that hold space within us. Many of my clients often say, "I don't know why I felt ____ when _____ happened," and we often work together finding important reasons for those triggers. My hope is to not only understand those triggers, but finding ways to move through them in a way to decrease suffering and feel more authentic every day.

What you can expect from me

On our first session, I just want to get to know you at your pace.

This is your space to share whatever is on your heart and mind that has led you to therapy. During this time, I want to hear your story and your goals. My goal is to meet you right where you are. I like to learn about your past significant relationships, your childhood, and life events that have shaped who you are today. Finally, I'd love to hear your unique goals or hopes for therapy (even if your answer is "I have no idea!").
