Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Lindsey! LCSW-S and therapist of 14 years.

I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in working with adults navigating chronic illness, trauma, people-pleasing, over-functioning patterns, and emotional exhaustion.

I also support many clients living with chronic illness, it can impact every part of life: relationships, identity, self-esteem, and sense of belonging in your own body. Many people with chronic health conditions also carry experiences of medical trauma, emotional invalidation, burnout, anxiety, or feeling deeply misunderstood by others.

My approach to therapy

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), I understand firsthand the complexity of living in a body that can feel unpredictable and misunderstood. My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed, integrating IFS and EMDR to help you develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.

What you can expect from me

Many of the people I work with have spent years prioritizing practicality, questioning themselves, or trying to push through pain and overwhelm alone. Together, we can work to slow things down, reconnect with your needs and emotions, and create more internal safety, self-trust, and balance.
