Great to meet you!

I’m a Colorado-based licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and work primarily with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, even while appearing capable and put-together to others. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on understanding patterns, increasing self-awareness, and creating space for meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients is collaborative, warm, and paced to meet you where you are, while also remaining productive and goal-oriented over time. I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside other therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs. I focus on helping people understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while building skills to navigate challenges with greater flexibility and self-compassion. Sessions are intended to be an open, safe space where you can be honest and curious, while also working toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake focused on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll spend time exploring your current concerns, relevant background, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, with an emphasis on collaborative goal-setting. Those goals are not fixed and can evolve as our work together unfolds. My aim is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded, while also giving you a sense of direction and clarity about how we’ll move forward together.
