Great to meet you!

My name is Lindsey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with individuals across a range of backgrounds, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

In my work, I am especially drawn to supporting people who feel stuck in patterns they cannot quite make sense of. This can look like overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or complex relationship dynamics. Many of my clients are used to holding it together on the outside, but internally things feel more complicated or hard to slow down. Therapy is a space where we can begin to sort through that in a way that feels clear, supportive, and manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I often incorporate a parts perspective, where we explore the different sides of you, such as the part that overthinks, the part that avoids, or the part that feels overwhelmed, and begin to understand what they are trying to do for you.

I also pay close attention to patterns. This includes how you relate to yourself, how you show up in relationships, and how you respond to stress. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, we work toward building awareness, self-trust, and more flexibility in how you navigate those patterns. I aim to balance insight with practical tools, so you leave sessions with both a deeper understanding and something you can use in your day to day life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what has been going on for you. I will ask some questions to get a clearer picture.

You do not need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We will go at your pace. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying what you would like to work toward and a few initial steps to help you start moving in that direction.
