Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in connecting with teens and parents. After I graduated with honors from USC I gained over 5 years of experience understanding the unique challenges that come with adolescence and parenthood. I work collaboratively with clients and guardians to help them build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping strategies. I specialize in assisting others in managing anxiety, working through life stressors, and building self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on empowerment, affirmation, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. The strategies I employ are strength based and solution focused to assist you in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

I strive to make therapy a safe place where my clients can explore their own emotions, navigate life transitions, and develop the tools they need to thrive.
