Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Lindsey! I am a mental health therapist and licensed clinical social worker with experience working with college students, young adults, and youth in community mental health and university settings. In my free-time, I enjoy spending time outside hiking or camping, strengthening my community, or crafting at home.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in EMDR and I often take a trauma-informed and interpersonal approach with my therapy clients. I am quite flexible and often combine approaches, as I like to match my approach to what is preferred or aligned with my client. I am also passionate about social justice and equity. I enjoy working with a diverse caseload of clients that identify as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC.

What you can expect from me

I aim to build a trusting environment, where you are able to feel safe to explore the experiences you have had and the dreams you have for your healing journey. You can expect space to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and hear what I am able to provide.
