Great to meet you!

I have had the privilege of working with individuals who deal with substance abuse and co-occurring issues for 4+ years. I also have experience treating individuals with depression, anxiety, OCD, body image issues, adjustment disorders, grief, and trauma . I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I received my EMDR training in 2020 and integrate this into my counseling as needed.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to how I treat my clients and attempt to facilitate healing and addressing those underlying issues and wounds that may contribute to present problems. I work with young adult and adult populations and can help provide support in addressing multiple stressors whether it is substance abuse, navigating early substance abuse recovery, starting college, relationship conflict, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and many more.

What you can expect from me

If you are dealing with life stressors that feel overwhelming and difficult to face you are not alone. Whatever life challenges you may be facing my goal is to provide a safe environment where you can process these issues at your own pace and establish manageable goals that help you move forward in the healing process. I am available for in person and telehealth appointments and my best method of contact is through my phone number. I would love to talk with you and see how I can help!
