Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lindsey Sanchez and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I am also the founder of She Becomes Therapy & Wellness, a private practice dedicated exclusively to supporting women on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I believe every woman deserves a safe, compassionate space where she can explore her experiences without judgment while developing the confidence to create the life she desires. I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, and stress. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools needed to become the healthiest version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

At She Becomes Therapy & Wellness, I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms—it's about helping you understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and become the woman you want to be. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, combining meaningful conversations with evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to help women increase self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills that support lasting change. Together, we'll work to build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and create a life that aligns with your values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I'll take time to understand your concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and the goals you hope to accomplish through therapy. My priority is creating a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. By the end of our session, you'll have a better understanding of how we'll work together and a personalized plan that supports your healing, growth, and the woman you're becoming.
