Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lindsey, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, self-worth, relationship concerns, people-pleasing, boundaries, life transitions, and difficult life experiences.

My decision to become a therapist was shaped by my own experiences with family, friendships, relationships, and the transition into adulthood. These experiences sparked my passion for understanding how our past can influence the way we see ourselves and navigate relationships and everyday life.

I have experience working with adults and young adults and use a warm, collaborative, and person-centered approach. I integrate CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to help clients gain insight, build confidence, create healthier boundaries, and feel more connected to themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest without judgment while also being challenged to grow. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools to help you move forward.

My goal isn’t to tell you who to become—it’s to help you reconnect with who you are and become the version of yourself you’ve been working toward.

If you’re ready to prioritize yourself, set healthier boundaries, and feel more confident in the life you’re creating, I’d love to work with you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I'll take time to understand your concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and the goals you hope to accomplish through therapy. My priority is creating a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. By the end of our session, you'll have a better understanding of how we'll work together and a personalized plan that supports your healing, growth, and the woman you're becoming.
