Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years experience working with individuals and families. I've worked in a variety of settings including schools, community clinics, residential programs, and IOP/PHP levels of care. I work with anxiety & depression and love supporting the parent/child relationship. I specialize in working with teens and their families.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm and strength-based. I offer a safe, compassionate, inclusive, non-judgmental space for you to be seen and understood. I use an eclectic style involving a variety of ACT, CBT, DBT and attachment-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to create an individualized treatment plan that moves you towards the change you are seeking. For parents, we can rebuild confidence, strengthen family dynamics, and restore balance and connection. Using attachment based strategies, my goal is to help you access your sturdy leadership.

For teens, I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore the pressures of growing up, to grapple with the complexities of identity and to better understand themselves and their needs.
