Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and compassionate, with a focus on creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the many layers of parenting and family life. I especially enjoy supporting parents as they care for their children while also learning to make space for their own needs, emotions, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm and strength-based. I specialize in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and resolve distressing experiences at the root. Whether you’re navigating the demands of parenting, or managing your own personal challenges, EMDR moves beyond symptom management to shift the underlying memories & beliefs that drive anxiety, depression, trauma responses.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to slow down, get to know one another, and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive to you—there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin creating a path forward that feels meaningful, manageable, and connected to the changes you’re seeking.
