Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore. Many of the clients I see are struggling with anxiety, anger, relationship conflict, substance use, or navigating major life transitions. Some have been labeled as “difficult,” “defiant,” or the one that no one knows how to help. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and start figuring out what actually helps.

My approach to therapy

I focus on building practical skills, restoring confidence, and helping clients find a path forward that fits their real lives. Therapy with me is collaborative and direct. We’ll work together to understand what’s underneath the behaviors, develop tools to manage emotions and stress, and strengthen relationships with the people who matter most.

Whether you’re a young person trying to get your footing in life, an adult facing seemingly impossible challenges, or a parent worried about your teen, therapy can be a place to reset, learn new ways of coping, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect curiosity, respect, and understanding. Rather than being told what to do, you’ll have someone walking alongside you as you build insight into the challenges you’re facing.
