Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to navigate a difficult season of life. My clients come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, relationship challenges, recovery, health-related stress, career changes, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being honest about what is really going on—not just what you think you’re supposed to say. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, while also helping you recognize patterns, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes in your life.

My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what matters most to you, and help you move toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution-focused, and client-centered. I integrate techniques from multiple modalities. This integrative approach allows us to identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and focus on meaningful, values-driven change. I believe therapy should help you understand what you’re experiencing while also figuring out what to do with that understanding.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and goals for therapy, as well as any questions you may have about the process. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—this session is about establishing trust and creating a foundation for our work together. By the end of the session, you should have a clearer understanding of how therapy can support you and what our work together may look like moving forward.
