Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I especially enjoy working with people who are navigating major life transitions or significant changes, whether related to relationships, health, career, recovery, or personal identity. I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I integrate techniques from multiple modalities. This integrative approach allows us to identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and focus on meaningful, values-driven change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, and medical stress/trauma, helping them develop insight, resilience, and tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and goals for therapy, as well as any questions you may have about the process. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—this session is about establishing trust and creating a foundation for our work together. By the end of the session, you should have a clearer understanding of how therapy can support you and what our work together may look like moving forward.
