Great to meet you!

I primarily treat individual adults that experience symptoms of anxiety and depression. I offer Christian counseling for those who prefer a faith-based approach. With nearly 10 years of experience, I know each person is unique and an empathic, personalized treatment approach is paramount.

My approach to therapy

I believe in taking a compassionate, holistic approach in treating mental health. Engaging patients in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Activation Therapy, I am a strong advocate for intentional living, mindfulness, structure and examining environmental components that affect day-to-day living.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Together, we will work to identify what’s most important to you and create tangible next steps you can take between sessions to support your growth and well-being. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, managing anxiety or stress, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, you’ll leave each session with insight, a sense of direction, and tools you can apply in your daily life.
