Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who works with both individuals (16+) and couples. While I work with a range of issues, common issues I focus on include ADHD, relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions for both men and women.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or life experiences. I am committed to honoring and respecting your unique journey, and I approach each person with empathy, openness, and without judgment. Whether you are exploring issues related to gender, sexuality, culture, or any other aspect of your identity, you can trust that I will listen and support you in a way that values and celebrates who you are.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to experience a sense of relief and emotional release, achieve clarity and insight, develop a stronger sense of self, feel clearer in their decision making, feel a sense of hope, see improvements in their relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential. I strive to create an environment in which you feel safe to express yourself while also receiving guidance and gentle challenging to help you towards your goals.
