Welcome! I am a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the medical field. My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, ADHD, and Addiction medicine (opioid and alcohol use disorder-Suboxone provider). My approach to therapy

In my telehealth psychiatric practice, I am committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs. A few or the principles that I focus on include: Client-Centered Care, Continuous Engagement, and Empowerment/Education. I prioritize understanding each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. By building a collaborative relationship, I ensure that treatment plans are aligned with their personal needs and preferences.
