Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, and equine-assisted psychotherapy. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, helping clients heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. Whether we're meeting in the therapy office, outdoors with horses, or virtually, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can build resilience, deepen relationships, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and experiential. I believe healing happens through safe, authentic relationships and a regulated nervous system. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, relationship patterns, and life events influence your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life. I integrate attachment theory, Somatic Experiencing®, family systems, and evidence-based psychotherapy to help clients better understand themselves while building emotional regulation, resilience, and healthier relationships. Rather than simply talking about problems, I help clients experience change through practical, body-based, and relational interventions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood—not putting you on the spot or expecting you to share everything at once. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, your strengths, and any important experiences that have shaped your life. Together, we'll begin exploring patterns in your relationships, emotions, and nervous system while identifying what you hope will be different as a result of therapy.
