Great to meet you!

Making the decision to come to therapy can be overwhelming. Working with me you can expect to experience a relaxed and safe space to work through whatever you need to improve your wellbeing and accomplish the goals you set for yourself. I have over a decade of counseling experience specializing in depression and anxiety. I also specialize as a perinatal maternal mental health specialist to help women navigate the emotional changes that happen during pregnancy and postpartum including PPD/PPA.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy can be described as direct, relatable, and easy going. A good therapy session should feel like a breath of fresh air. You will feel supported knowing that together we can create a clear path forward. I use a mixture of talking to process through your emotions while incorporating several effective skills to help manage the complexities of life.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is such an incredible gift to give yourself. You can do hard things, you deserve to feel better and live the life you choose for yourself. I hope I have the opportunity to work with you!
