Great to meet you!

My name is Lindsey, and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in working with adults of all ages and older adolescents with concerns such as anxiety, people pleasing tendencies, perfectionism, and trauma and stressor related disorders. I also enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing relational challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, engaging, and integrative, including relational, insight oriented, cognitive, and behavioral techniques. My primary goal in therapy is to support clients in taking back the power from their distress, ultimately allowing clients to live more fulfilling lives. In this process, I aim to help clients explore the impact of the internal experiences and behaviors, often a result of past experiences, that are associated with "stuckness." I also enjoy helping people learn skills to better manage distress.

What you can expect from me

The first session is aimed at beginning to form our therapeutic relationship and establish a treatment plan to best address your needs. Much of our time together during this first meeting will be spent by me guiding you through telling your story in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
