Great to meet you!

I take a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to care, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being open. My focus is on medication management, while also considering the bigger picture of your overall well-being. I take time to listen and understand your concerns so we can build a treatment plan that fits your needs. I value transparency and will always explain the reasoning behind my recommendations. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and focused on evidence-based medication management. I take the time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you.

I believe in clear communication and shared decision-making—I’ll explain your options, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable with each step. My goal is to help you feel better in a way that is both effective and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I’ll ask questions about your current symptoms, mental health history, medical background, and any medications you’ve tried in the past. This helps me get a full understanding of what’s going on and how best to support you.

We’ll also talk about your goals for treatment—what you’re hoping to improve and what feeling better looks like for you. If appropriate, we may discuss medication options, including the benefits, risks, and what to expect.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and with a clear plan moving forward.
