I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 10 years’ experience in the mental health field. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from D’youville College. Today, as a PMHNP-BC, my mission is to provide compassionate and individualized mental health care that celebrates the uniqueness of each person. I help people who experience symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, substance use/addiction. I additionally offer ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Together, we'll navigate the path to better mental well-being!

I believe in a whole-person approach to care that considers every aspect of a person's well-being—mind, body, and lifestyle. I use evidence-based practices while collaborating closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their values and goals.
