Great to meet you!

I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 11 years who’s passionate about helping women and couples create clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, conversational, and straightforward—I’m not here to sit back and nod. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, get unstuck, and move toward a life that actually feels like yours.

I work with women navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to carry more than they were ever meant to. Many of my clients are dealing with ADHD, stress, burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves or their partners. If you’ve ever felt “too much,” “not enough,” or like you’re constantly trying to keep it all together, you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based strategies. Together, we focus on what matters most to you—your values, your needs, your strengths—and start building tools that help you respond to life with intention rather than reacting from stress or habit. I believe in practical, real-life skills you can use immediately.

What you can expect from me

Many of the individuals I work with are carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, or in their daily lives. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, frustrated by communication difficulties, or unsure how to show up for yourself while also showing up for others. You may know something needs to change but feel stuck trying to figure out what that looks like or how to get there. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with compassion while also building practical, empowering tools you can use right away.
