Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome.

My name is Line Rose Isaac, MSN, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my PMHNP degree from Walden University and have over 10 years of nursing experience in community health, care management, and medical-surgical settings.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and focused on helping clients achieve their treatment goals through medication management and supportive therapy.

I am fluent in English and Haitian Creole and strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My approach combines medication management and supportive therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral health and wellness goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person deserves to be heard and treated with respect. My approach is caring, supportive, and focused on building trust. I take time to listen to your concerns, understand your goals, and work with you to find the best treatment plan.

As a PMHNP-BC with over 10 years of nursing experience, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges.

My goal is to help you feel better, improve your quality of life, and support you every step of your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can openly discuss your concerns, challenges, and goals.

During our time together, I will take a comprehensive look at your emotional, mental, and physical well-being, exploring factors that may be affecting your mood, thoughts, relationships, and daily functioning. I believe every person is unique, so I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and personal goals rather than focusing only on symptoms.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your difficulties, a personalized treatment plan, and realistic goals tailored to your needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, mood changes, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful and lasting improvement.
