Great to meet you!

Over the past seven years, and prior to earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I have dedicated myself to developing both the professional skills and personal attunement necessary to be an effective and compassionate therapist. My experience includes working in respite care, supporting children with autism, serving underserved and marginalized populations, working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing crisis intervention services, and supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are, provide culturally responsive care, and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships built on empathy, understanding, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and eclectic to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities and also incorporate a culturally-sensitive, strength-based, tailored approach to ensure that treatment is responsive to each person's values and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

It is important that both the client and therapist are a good fit. As the client, you have the final say and remain in the driver's seat throughout the therapeutic process. Our initial sessions provide an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good match for your therapeutic goals. I listen with intention, empathy, and genuine care, offering a warm, honest, and supportive space where your well-being and reasons for seeking support are respected and valued.
