My approach to therapy

My medical background as a primary care provider allows me to rule out medical causes to find the root of the psychiatric symptoms. In addition, I like to use natural, over-the-counter supplements along with FDA-approved medications to holistically manage my patient's symptoms. Many psychotropic drugs also cause weight gain increasing your risk for other medical conditions, I have experience in managing psychiatric conditions and their metabolic side effects.
