Great to meet you!

As a licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma, life stressors, and emotional challenges in a supportive and empowering environment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I understand that healing and navigating life challenges looks different for everyone, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs rather than "one size fits all". My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care and focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and build healthier coping skills.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic techniques, and mindfulness-based strategies depending on each client's goals and comfort level. I work to create an environment where clients feel safe moving at their own pace while still feeling supported and challenged toward meaningful growth.

My goal is to help clients move beyond simply surviving and toward feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, any current challenges or stressors you may be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

My goal during the first session is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported without pressure or judgement. We'll also discuss your history, strengths, goals, and any questions or concerns you may have about therapy. Together, we'll begin identifying what approach may best support your needs moving forward.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy- we will work through it together at a pace that feels manageable for you.
