Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist and somatic practitioner who works with people navigating transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, and the quieter, harder-to-name experiences - like shame, longing, and the feeling of being disconnected from yourself. If you are feeling stuck and hungry for something more alive, we can begin right where you are - and build from there. Clients can expect to feel more self trust, more empowered to live in alignment with who they are, increased peace in relationships, and encouragement for creativity through working with me. If you are feeling stuck or 'frozen', somatically I work with those features of ADHD to help get movement and productivity sparked in peoples' lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in Somatic Experiencing, which means we don’t just talk about what’s happening - we pay attention to how it lives in your body, your nervous system, and your patterns over time. Together, we slow things down enough to notice what’s actually going on beneath the surface, and create space for something new to emerge.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, intuitive, and honest. I’m not here to fix you - I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, build capacity to be with your experience, and move towards a life that feels more connected, creative, and real. In our first session we will get a feel for what collaborating will be like; you can expect honest curiosity and direct questions around what your vision is for yourself ahead. Working w/ me may include elements of: somatic work, expressive arts, IFS, parts work, dream work, emotional regulation/DBT skills, harm reduction, collaborative grounding, and sacred humor. I intend to support an emergent process that leaves clients feeling more alive, authentic, peaceful, resolved, and at ease with life decisions & experiences.
