What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive environment focused on understanding your unique needs. We’ll begin with a comprehensive assessment, discussing your medical and mental health history, current concerns, and any goals or challenges you’d like to address. Together, we’ll establish mutual goals for treatment, ensuring that your priorities and preferences guide our work. I will also provide education about your symptoms, possible treatment options, and what to expect moving forward, so you feel informed and empowered every step of the way.
