Great to meet you!

I' m a licensed psychologist based in California. I received my doctorate degree from Alliant International University and have been practicing since 2017. I have worked in both correctional, community, and integrative settings. My goal is to help my clients become the strongest individuals emotionally and physically, recognizing their own strengths and utilizing them to be happy and healthy and whole. I have three children, two adopted and one biological. I have a very multicultural family and feel I am very open-minded. I love adventure and love getting to know more about each person individually, as well as what brings a person to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am a very easy-going person and take an open approach to therapy, meeting my patients where they are. I want my patients to feel comfortable and to have a good experience with therapy. This should be a collaborative approach, ensuring my patients receive what they are looking for in therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, examine your medical/psychological history, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
