Great to meet you!

I think of therapy like working out with a physical trainer but for your brain. We will meet once a week, do the tough stuff together then you’ll go out in the world and practice your skills to keep making gains. Unfortunately, since it’s your brain that changes, we won’t have any cool before and after pictures.

My approach to therapy

I’m a great fit for someone who has tried regular talk therapy and would like something different. Or if you’re neurodiverse and have been frustrated by therapist who mean well but just don’t quite understand your experience. As an ADHD person myself - I have been through all that for decades. I now specialize in various modalities that have helped me. You and I will work as partners to decide which strategies will help you the most.

What you can expect from me

I like to start by setting goals and finding out what has and has not helped you in the past. This will allow me to best serve your needs. My intention is to help you be the best version of yourself. We will build a rapport that allows you to feel comfortable to be vulnerable and confident that you are not alone in your struggle.
