Lisa Baird

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I obtained my Masters degree in Counseling and I've worked in a variety of settings including Community Mental Health, Private Practice, Mental Health Crisis Centers, and Inpatient Treatment Centers. I've worked with all ages and backgrounds, and I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional well-being on their path to personal growth and healing.

Over the last 15 years, I have had the honor of helping people from diverse backgrounds to overcome a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties including those struggling with stress, anxiety, parenting issues, depression, communication, social problems, and career challenges.

I am pretty laid back and have been described as caring and supportive. While I haven’t had the same experiences as you, I will always try hard to see things from your perspective.

I strongly believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship and the potential for growth and healing it can offer. My goal as a therapist is to empower my clients, providing them with the tools and insights necessary to navigate life's challenges and discover their own resilience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
