Psychotherapy provides an environment where you can learn about yourself and create change in your life. I work to provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental and confidential environment for my clients to begin to achieve their goals and to regain a sense of satisfaction with their lives. .I use a variety of therapeutic styles, and treat my client's hopes and core values with respect and compassion.

I have a focus in the following areas: Trauma, Grief/loss ,divorce, life transitions, low self -esteem, work related stress, women's issues, young adults, and chronic pain/illness. I appreciate that it is difficult to ask for help. I would consider it a privilege to be allowed into your life to help.
