Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed since 2023, with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families. My experience includes working with childhood trauma, family dynamics, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, and communication challenges. I desire to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, improve communication, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is a partnership tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore what brings them to therapy, identify their goals, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we will discuss their needs and develop a plan that supports their growth and well-being.
