My approach to therapy
Lisa generally uses cognitive - behavioral, solution focused therapy, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). Lisa uses EMDR to help clients heal from traumatic events and find more positive thoughts. Clients are able to move forward with new skills and strengths to face the future.
