Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals who are struggling with relationship issues, family issues, depression anxiety and history of trauma. My goal is to understand your concerns from your point of view so that I can offer assistance tailored to meet your needs to help you to achieve your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I truly believe that everything that we do in life, we do for a reason - even our behaviors that don't seem to make sense. In order to change, we need to understand the things that don't make sense to us. I approach therapy as an opportunity to explore what is working and what is not working in your life and to understand why. Once there is understanding, change becomes possible.

What you can expect from our first session

I will work to create an environment of safety and non judgement where we both can be curious about how your experiences in life have impacted you, kept you in patterns of thinking and behaving that are unsatisfying. Together we will find ways that will help you to change some of the patterns that feel unsatisfying to help you to create the life that you want.
