Great to meet you!

I really enjoy working with clients who are ready to live a life of contentment and are willing to do the work. As someone who has benefited from therapy I feel like I have a good understanding of what it takes to connect with clients and make them feel safe. I am someone who never judges and I offer a relaxed and positive space.

I have worked in the medical field all of my life in many different capacities. I became a social worker over 10 years ago and still really love what I do. I vary my therapeutic techniques to fit the client because everyone has different ways of learning and coping.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is about more than just fixing a problem. If someone if suffering from a specific issue I will work hard to help with this issue but it doesn't stop there. I like to take my clients to a place of self-love and contentment. All of my clients have described their therapeutic journey with me as a great experience, even if there was some hard stuff to get through.

What you can expect from me

I expect all of my clients to feel like they are really heard. I am direct in my approach, even if it is sometimes not what someone wants to here, because it is my job. I won't tell someone just what they want to hear because that does them no good. I believe therapy is client driven so I meet my clients where they are at and never force anyone to talk about something they are not ready to talk about.
