Relationship Issues and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have been in practice since 2019 and graduated with my MA from Northwestern University in 2020. During my internship, I served in community outreach, and since then, I have been working in a private practice setting. I primarily work with underserved populations in Chicagoland but can see any resident of Illinois. I'm passionate about learning new science and applications of emerging research to better serve my clients. I'm a board-certified clinician and a United States Navy Veteran.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I welcome individuals from diverse identities, backgrounds, and walks of life, employing an eclectic approach to psychotherapy tailored to each person's unique needs. I integrate various methods, including psychodynamic, attachment-based, Rogerian, CBT, REBT, and trauma-informed approaches. Additionally, I consider the influence of various relationships and systems ensuring a personalized healing process.

What you can expect from our first session

Through an allied, loving, and non-judgmental stance, I encourage clients to be curious and proactive in their therapeutic journeys. I invite clients to bring their philosophies, religious beliefs, practices, and personal spirituality into the therapy space for deep, meaningful exploration and a more holistic healing experience.
