Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health clinician and registered drama therapist, I believe the therapy space can serve as a rehearsal for life. I have been practicing in community-based mental health for 3 years with additional work completed in inpatient hospital and school-based settings. Across my time in mental health, my main focus has been children ages 3-10 and individuals age 16+ who have experienced trauma using an integrative approach of expressive therapies and traditional talk therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, creative, and compassionate. I combine techniques like Play Therapy, Drama Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and traditional talk therapy to help you heal from past experiences, develop new coping skills, and increase your understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. You will be in the driver's seat! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll co-create a space of openness, compassion, and curiosity to progress toward your goals!
