Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself.

As a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience, I've helped teenagers, young adults, women, couples, and families navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. My clients often describe me as laid-back, approachable, and easy to talk to while still providing meaningful guidance and support.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you uncover your strengths, gain clarity, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Rather than focusing only on what's wrong, we'll identify what's working, build on your strengths, and create practical strategies that support lasting change. I value authenticity, respect, and genuine connection, and I work hard to ensure every client feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you'd like life to look like moving forward.

You can expect a relaxed, welcoming conversation where there is no pressure to have all the answers. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and you'll have plenty of space to ask questions as well.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
