Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I hold a BA in Psychology, a Master of Social Work (MSW), and a Master's in Healthcare Administration. In my private practice, I offer individual counseling for adults, bringing together my education, experience, and strong multi-cultural awareness to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel truly understood, accepted, and valued.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to create a comfortable and welcoming office environment where clients can feel at ease during our sessions. While I incorporate EMDR into my practice, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual client, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.

What you can expect from our first session

For clients who have clear therapy goals and objectives, I provide support and guidance as they work toward achieving them. For those who come in feeling out of balance, I help them explore and define their goals, and together we create a personalized plan to support their journey toward growth and healing.
