Hello my name is Lisa I am honored to have an opportunity to work with you. I am clinical social worker with over 20 years of experiences working with individuals and families with many different situations. I provide telehealth and in-person psychotherapy.
I use Family Systems approach when working with clients with many individual models to assist in moving through their challenges. I have special interest in neuroplasticity and epigenetics.
In the initial session with clients, we typically discuss motivations that led them to reach out for help and develop a contract for therapy. I hope to provide and safe and judgement free environment with compassion and acceptance to help people move to the next level they are searching for.
