Great to meet you!

I strongly believe that prioritizing your mental and emotional health is the first step in any major change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, it is my goal to help you do exactly that! I've been practicing for over 8 years, and enjoy working with young adults and anyone going through a major life transition.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that each person should be treated as an individual and that treatment should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. For me, establishing a strong connection and developing trust is the first step in successful therapeutic relationships. Throughout sessions, I like to build off your strengths and teach effective coping skills, communication skills and provide psychoeducation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will give you the opportunity to share your story, including your areas for growth and your strengths. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself and feel your emotions. We will work together to establish the goals you wish to reach, and the ways in which we will help you to reach them.
