Great to meet you!

Insomnia, anxiety, depression, and persistent worry impacting your life? Do you feel trapped in perfectionism or the need to please others, struggling with shame and vulnerability. For those with ADHD, these feelings can intensify. I specialize in helping individuals navigate these overwhelming cycles, empowering you to find clarity and calm.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy AND CBT-I (for insomnia.) CBT-I is a proven approach that often outperforms medication. I am a passionate, goal focused therapist. I help clients manage symptoms with effective techniques, including ACT, CBT and DBT skills. Research also supports mind-body practices, which I integrate to enhance well-being. When anxiety kicks in, it's no coincidence your stomach starts acting up. Learn why...and how to change it.
