Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Lisa Cover, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Life can be unpredictable and often does not go according to plan. At times, we may find ourselves facing unexpected challenges and feeling unsure about how to move forward. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or navigating a significant life transition, you do not have to face it alone. I view therapy as a collaborative process that honors each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I will provide support and guidance to help you better understand your experiences and move towards meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing. I also incorporate Narrative Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I strive to create a safe space where you will feel heard, valued, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop a personalized plan to achieve them. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it can also mark the beginning of growth and positive change. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
